Return Policy

We want you to love your Palmetto Layer Forge purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

What's Covered

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
A full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
Some products — particularly custom or made-to-order items — may have non-refundable portions (such as materials or setup costs). Any such exceptions will be clearly noted in the product description.

Shipping Costs

Paid shipping orders: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free shipping orders: If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost we incurred to ship your order will be deducted from your refund. This cost is prorated based on the percentage of the purchase price being returned. For example, if you return 50% of your order's value, 50% of the actual shipping cost will be withheld from your refund.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our Promise

We're a small, made-to-order business and we never want to profit from a return. Our goal is simple: you shouldn't lose money on something you don't want, and we shouldn't lose money on something we've already made. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your item back. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
